1) The App
Renova helps you stay organized by letting you set customized reminders for replacing items based on your preferred schedule
(for example, water filters, toothbrushes, or pantry supplies).
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3) Account registration
If the App requires an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as name, username, and email) and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
4) Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood
how we process personal information.
5) License and acceptable use
5.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install,
and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
5.2 Restrictions
- No reverse engineering: you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.
- No unlawful use: you may not use the App in any way that violates laws or regulations.
- No disruption: you may not interfere with or disrupt the App or attempt unauthorized access.
- No harmful content: you may not transmit harmful, infringing, or unlawful content via the App.
- No circumvention: you may not circumvent security features or access controls.
6) User content
If you submit content through the App (for example, item names, notes, photos, or support messages), you retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as necessary to operate the App and provide support.
Photos and face-related content (if applicable): we do not perform face recognition, do not create biometric templates, aim to delete any server-side processing copies promptly after completion,
and do not use your photos for training or marketing.
7) Third-party services and App Store terms
The App may interact with third-party services (for example, platform services, analytics, crash reporting, or other integrations).
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Apple App Store terms. If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Renova Team, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
8) Updates and changes
We may update the App and change or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law by updating the effective date and making the updated Terms available.
Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9) Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose risk to the App or others,
or as otherwise permitted by law. Sections that should survive will survive termination.
10) Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Renova provides reminders as a convenience tool. You are responsible for how you use reminders and for verifying replacement schedules that are important to health, safety, or compliance.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renova Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App
during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12) Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renova Team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Renova Team primarily operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles,
except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14) Dispute resolution; binding arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding arbitration,
rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property,
account compromise, or unauthorized access.
